Do me a favour.....If I forget what my name is please remind me. There are so many different pieces of work on the go here that I am in danger of becoming befuddled. (befuddled......stupified, confused) O.K. I was probably befuddled already but it will get worse trust me. Here we have one inch hexagons in lovely striped cottons that I bought in Stockholm (for all the Swedish readers I bought them in NK, very posh!!). These are for the latest addition to my throw. Also, favours are ongoing, yawn, yawn, I know I've been saying that for weeks sorry. But, and it's a good but, we have 49!! Yay 49! So what do I do when I get to 49? Make number 50? No! That would be the non befuddled way of doing things. What I do is play with another idea inspired by the cloth and colour of favours!
The playing wasn't wasted however. It has given me an idea for a little ''extra'' favour that I will share with you when it has been given to a special person. The piece I showed you on my last post has stirred some debate comment and e-mail wise. Thanks for all the input, mostly positive. I have decided though that I don't like it so it will be consigned to the sample drawer. Well it would be if I had one, I have a sample house instead, piles of stuff everywhere. Maybe I should tidy up, sort out, empty a drawer and pile the contents somewhere else to create a sample drawer and a new pile!
