late, late, late, everything is late today. I was late for school, my blog is late, my lunch was late...I have a to do list that would scare the Queen.....still, I don't have to go anywhere so it doesn't matter. The only effect my lateness will have on today is the delaying of housework...result!
Anyway...here it is, in it's entirety...my latest white cloth. Lots of images for you to peruse. Tomorrow I venture 'up North' to the industrial, frozen wastelands where everyone wears cloth caps and lives up chimneys and where they don't know what a cow is or a sheep and have never seen the sea..... in order to deliver this. They deserve something lovely in their lives up there.....
(that little paragraph is dedicated to someone who shall remain nameless but who I am convinced actually believes all that rubbish) I am allowed a little sarcasm, it's my blog.
Tomorrow I am going to deliver this and then go to Mothers...you know what that means? ...cake....another result!

wish i could see Aunty's face when this is delivered. it is beyond beautiful.
Delaying of housework is a result indeed! I'm with Deanna, love to see Aunty's face, this is delightful
You make me laugh! I love starting my day with your blog! Have fun up north and eat lots of cake. Don't worry about the housework it never goes away for vacation!
well, the queen has her list helpers - she just disperses the work - we call them "the help." when i was little they actually still had chimney swipes - they are probably all gone now and have so machine devices for getting a the rubbish...but it was always mysterious to me to see those oddly shaped brushes/sweepers stick up in the back of the lorries. just another little tale from me and dickens!
Your One and Only True Aunty is very, very lucky! This cloth is gorgeous, you deserve lots of delicious cake for it!
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Enjoy your day 'Up North'. And the cake.

Be safe as you venture north, and save a slice of cake for me! (ah, well, can't eat it anyways-- I'm off wheat)
very beautiful piece of work. I know finishing it made you feel very good, here's the very deserving pat on the back you spoke about.
Dear Karen
This is just gorgeous and your aunty will adore it. Does your Mom have a special cake she makes or just regular cake?
Have a safe trip and will look forward to your next post.
