Yes it's colour.....in my hoop. I am working on pieces for the new class (starts on Monday as if you didn't know, I have been banging on about it for long enough!!)...nothing exciting here I hear you cry...well no, I have hidden the ''class'' bits...the girls have to see them first. I am enjoying this sampling so much, tiny pieces, colourful pieces, small stitches and minute compositions...pretty and delicate. Phew....how many descriptive words can you get in one sentence?
This will continue, there is housework to be done too. I swear if my house was an eating establishment it would be condemned and shut down...yes, I am hanging my head in shame...dust and debris everywhere...so please don't pop round for a cup of tea yet, give me chance to clean and tidy....
I had some very exciting news this morning but I can't say anything yet. I would tell you now but I have to be given permission. I did e-mail them but they haven't got back to me yet....their fault. They are keeping me hanging too...

I love the corner of colour. The dust doesn't get any worse if you leave it a few weeks.

Beautiful work. How do you stop the cut piece of embroidery from fraying out? or do you?
Here's a little hint from the housekeeping book of my mother - if you don't actually MOVE anything people won't notice the dust. It's when you move something that the tell-tale lines show and you're forced to do something about them.
